NIH RFP: NCATS Scientific and Technology Support Services (STSS)

1.2 Objective

The objective of this contract is to support the federal workforce responsible for the systems (both physical and virtual) that advance the scientific mission of NCATS. This performance work statement establishes a performance-based approach to support the day-to-day operation of those NCATS systems, to include scientific instrumentation, data acquisition, data analytics, robotics and laboratory automation, intra- and interagency collaboration abilities, research engineering infrastructure, and technical support.

1.3. Scope of Work The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform the following services as defined in this SOW except for those items specified as government furnished property and services:

  • Scientific and Technology Operations Services
  • Scientific Support Services
  • Scientific Platform Services
