“As a Supervisory Health Insurance Specialist, GS-0107-14, you will serves as the Deputy Director of the Division of Program Management (DPM).”
Responsibilities:
- The incumbent provides strategic direction to PPFMG and CCIIO’s program integrity controls, budget formulation, and procurements, serving as the liaison between PPFMG divisions other CCIIO groups, CMS wide groups, and external auditors.
- Delegates work assignments and required authority to subordinate staff and allows them to operate with independence.
- Establishes and maintains partnerships within and outside CMS, providing expert consultation on topics relating to the ACA, program integrity, budget and contracting.
- Finds ways to improve production, procurement quality or increase the quality of the work directed and develops performance standards.
- The Deputy Division Director advises on the effectiveness of program administration, identifies weaknesses and problem areas, and recommends remedial action thorough analysis that directly impact the policies and program integrity to related to ACA.
