Josh Bailes, an industry leader who previously served as 18F Director of Operations at GSA, has taken on a new challenge as Executive Vice President – Health & Civilian Group at CollabraLink Technologies.
In a previous role at CollabraLink, Josh was responsible for the strategy, capture, and execution of over $45M in annual federal IT contracts delivering digital services utilizing a wide array of technologies, including full-stack, open-source work and Appian.
