Krista Guilliams, armed with experience in project planning and management, creation and implementation of Service Level Agreements (SLA), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Key-Performance Indicators (KPIs), reporting and forecasting, and asset procurement and management, has taken on a new challenge as Associate Director at Guidehouse.
