Isabel Garcia, armed with experience working in the management consulting and global health industries and skilled in project management and communications, has been tapped by Deloitte as Senior Consultant.
Isabel brings recent perspective gained supporting the U.S. Department of Veteran Affairs (VA) Office of Business Process Integration (OBPI) in the development of business requirements for various lines of business within the Veterans Business Administration (VBA) and managing the governance process for a VA/DOD Electronic Health Record project by aligning cross-agency processes, organizing decision-making Board meetings and working with subject matter experts to present decision requests in complete ways.
