“Brief Description of Supplies: The Million Veteran Program will partner with Dynamic Integrated Services, LLC. in improving MVP’s website, developing tailored micro-campaigns for underrepresented Veteran demographic groups, creating updated print, digital, and video collateral, developing partner toolkits and strategies to drive partnership engagement, and implementing a multi-faceted change management plan to support frontline MVP staff who will leverage new communication materials. All efforts shall utilize human-centered design thinking, and the industry proven RPIE (research, plan, implement, evaluate) model to deliver strong communication brands, narratives, and artifacts that make people pay attention and build trust in the program.”
