HHS RFI: Enterprise-Wide Secure Chat Service for OIG

“The Department of Interior, Interior Business Center (IBC), on behalf of the Department of Health and Human Services – Office of the Inspector General (HHS-OIG) is seeking information regarding interested Small Business contractors capable of providing An Enterprise Wide Secure Chat Service for approximately 300-550 users. The Chat Service must meet the Salient Characteristics below:

  • FirstNet Certified on both the iOS and Android platforms
  • DISA Approved
  • AES-256 end-to-End encryption on all Voice traffic
  • AES-256 end-to-End encryption on all Messaging traffic
  • Encryption Key Management: Encryption keys are changed on every call
  • Carrier Agnostic, providing cross-carrier interoperability without gateways
  • Interoperability with other government customers without gateways or fees
  • Free PC Client
  • 24/7/365 Live Domestic Customer Support
  • Management Portal is included in service price, with unlimited number of admins.
  • API for integration into 3rd party management systems.”
