“DMI is looking for an Executive Leader for our U.S. Federal Civilian business unit inclusive of HHS, Treasury, DHS, Transportation, and more.”
“The ideal candidate will have a successful track record leading and growing a U.S. Federal Civilian government contracting P&L and business unit greater than $100M in revenue. The candidate will have capacity to describe, articulate, and develop business with one or more of the following areas, Managed Services, Cyber, Applications Development, SaaS Platforms or Cloud.”
Responsibilities:
- Consistently meet revenue and margin goals
- Manage a team that is responsible for several $100M Programs
- Lead and manage a team over 250 people
- Lead and generate new business across a prioritized federal Civilian market
- Manage and develop relationships with customers and provide a consultative sales approach that delivers the highest level of account management services
- Work with DMI Organizations to understand and position their capabilities, understand and articulate their value proposition to clients.
- Participate and drive the capture process for FedCiv opportunities
- Participate in industry organizations
- Participate in creation, editing and closure of proposals
Requirements:
- Ten years of related experience delivering, leading and/or selling IT Solutions to government clients
- 7 years P&L Experience
- Experience with client sales engagement to include pro-active networking, warm calling, and selling to multiple contacts within an organization, including ‘C’ levels.
- Emphasis and proven experience with Federal Civilian customers
