“Maintains the integrity of accounts is the supervisor for the Business Process Integration Service and expert advisor to the Associate Deputy Assistant Secretary (ADAS) in matters associated with the effective administration and implementation of IT budget formulation, presentation, and execution processes relative to IT Resource Management (ITRM) fiscal program matters.
Directs, manages and oversees the identification, integration, and implementation of program and budget management functions including business processes, business intelligence and software application systems that support those functions.
Manages the administration of budget formulation and execution of the approved annual budget operating plan for the ADAS for IT Finance based on new or revised Congressional legislation and/or OMB- mandated policy statements.
Considers the immediate, sequential and direct and/or indirect long range fiscal effects of proposed OI&T actions on Department-wide OI&T business lines, as well as the benefits and services provided to US Veterans.”
