“You will lead multi-disciplinary teams by applying iterative development techniques to technical, management, past performance, and personnel content for various response types including Requests for Proposal (RFPs), Requests for Information (RFIs), Unsolicited White Papers, IDIQ Task Orders, and strategic opportunities.
Our FedCiv business is fast-moving, growing, and expanding. As a member of the Sector Proposal Operations (SPO), you will work as part of an agile team based in a best-practice process yet highly adaptable to a dynamic environment with varying customers, schedules, and requirements.”
Responsibilities include:
- “Serves as a member of a proposal leadership team to research, analyze, prepare, and submit proposals for Government projects
- Ensures proposal submissions comply with applicable instructions and company proposal best practices, and agreed-upon elements are incorporated into a cohesive and persuasive format
- Drives the proposal process and proactively manages milestones
- Reviews requirements and recommends response strategy
- Partners and works in conjunction with business development, capture and/or portfolio management personnel, subject matter experts, account leads and corporate business support services to develop and generate response approach, strategies, themes, and discriminators”
Qualifications:
- “A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- A minimum of five (5) years of related experience
- Experience managing tasks and resources across multiple proposals in a fast-paced, dynamic, cross-functional team-oriented environment
- High level of written and spoken English
- Expert level skills in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel”
