SAIC announces the strategic hire of Mark Thielen, who will serve as the SAIC Business Development Director for Centers for Medicare and Medicaid (CMS). Mark brings hands-on experience with direct sales, business development, and marketing divisions in multiple industries spanning technology, communications, and consumer services. He joins SAIC as an established industry leader with a proven track record aligning business development and marketing strategies to pursue new business in highly competitive Government markets.
