Russell Ottaviano, armed with career expertise in both the private sector and in support of nine Federal government agencies, along with deep knowledge of all phases of the software development life cycle using both Waterfall and Agile methodologies, has taken on a new challenge as an independent Senior Project Management Consultant to Agilent in support of BAE Systems. Russell brings experience leading Cerner’s Electronic Health Record Modernization Program (EHRM) effort at the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs.
