“The Parnin Group and Vinformatix announced today that they have formed a joint venture PV Group, LLC. Partners, Sukumar Rao from The Parnin Group and Padma Vatsavai from Vinformatix, have extensive work history together and have decided to formalize the great relationship between their companies.

The PV Group understands public sector operations, in particular government agencies, and shares the institutional values of transparency, documentation, cost-effectiveness, adherence to deadlines, and dedication to public service. With previous experience in Federal and State governments, PV Group is set to explore new opportunities together. Previously, our companies have provided solutions to the National Science Foundation, the Center for Disease Control, the GSA, FEMA, NOAA, and the IRS. ‘We are excited about this partnership and the value that we can bring to our customers – our combined management and technology expertise will allow us to offer a holistic set of solutions to our customers, in addition to bringing expanded growth opportunities,’ says Sukumar Rao.
