Liz Herman, a knowledge and program management leader armed with experience contracting for the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services, Department of Agriculture and General Service Administration IT Modernization Centers of Excellence, has taken on a new challenge as Senior Manager, for Knowledge Management and Customer Experience, at Accenture Federal Solutions.
