Crystal Monteer, an executive leader and program manager with a demonstrated record of success in defining strategies, creating implementation roadmaps, and leading teams to consistent on-time/on-budget delivery of large-scale, multimillion-dollar projects, has taken on a new challenge as Director at REI Systems. Crystal brings experience as the accountable executive for the direct deployment of the Department of Veteran’s Affairs Electronic Health Record (EHR) modernization program, including managing a portfolio of around $250M annually, preparing, forecasting and staffing for all in flight and upcoming wave deployments.
