He brings to Sky a unique combination of policy implementation expertise and technology acumen. Prior to joining Sky Solutions, Mr. Katz was a Vice President at IMPAQ International. In this role, Mr. Katz oversaw a portfolio of data analytic projects and advised clients on complex efforts at the intersection of health care policy, data, and technology.
