Stuart Rabinowitz, an industry leader with expertise in planning and implementing cloud-based environments, who has worked on large-scale enterprise architecture, value-based healthcare, data analytics, and healthcare performance payment models, has taken on a new challenge as Director, Federal and Civilian Solutions at Panum Group. In this new role, Stuart is responsible for helping to architect, win, and implement Panum projects and solutions across the Federal Civilian marketplace.
