Jeff Wu, an industry leader who had a career in law before joining CMS as a senior career policy official, has taken on a new challenge as Acting Director of the Center for Consumer Information and Insurance Oversight (CCIIO) at the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS).
