Responsibilities:
- Support and develop a rapidly growing segment of our federal health business in clinical data, bioinformatics, and regulatory review processes, tools, and systems.
- Work client engagements, including marketing and proposal development, delivery, and execution, and work with a team of regulatory scientists, clinical data specialists, and data scientists.
- Execute data standards projects, synthesize and analyze complex data, and work with the team to develop high-quality deliverables and actionable recommendations in a fast-paced environment.
- Coordinate with program manager to develop new business opportunities and author the technical approach for proposals.
- Anticipate market needs, manage various aspects of a proposal, manage project utilizing core consulting skills, extensive technical expertise and industry knowledge.
- Develop innovative solutions to complex problems.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in a professional work environment
- Experience in federal consulting leading large captures as well as leading projects
- Knowledge of business development cycle as well as federal government
- Ability to lead and manage multiple initiatives
- Ability to obtain a clearance
- Experience in federal health markets
- Experience in informatics, data analytics and technology modernization
- MS degree
