“The Contractor shall enhance and maintain the managed solution hosted at the VA Enterprise Cloud (VAEC) for VLM. The Contractor shall:
- Develop, enhance, integrate, deploy, and maintain the VLM Platform.
- Provide development, configuration, and professional technical consulting services for the Commercial off-the-Shelf (COTS) solution and the VLM applications as required by VA.
- Ensure the VLM Platform is developed for compatibility with the latest versions of Google Chrome, Firefox, Microsoft Edge, and Apple OS Safari. The Contractor shall ensure testing of the mobile friendly display of VLM on the most common versions of Android and Apple iOS devices.
- Provide Operations and Maintenance (O&M) support for the VLM.”

- The Contractor shall use an Agile DevSecOps approach to continuously deliver value across the VLM Product to provide greater user visibility, clearly defined technical infrastructure, improved capabilities, as well as information security and accessibility as directed by VA stakeholders…”
