Responsibilities:
- Lead multiple client service delivery teams in the active execution of engagements in compliance with firm and practice unit service delivery standards
- Lead / oversee multifaceted teams of varying sizes and high complexity to deliver Transformation Delivery and supporting services to clients
- Lead development and maintenance of program / project charters, schedules, management plans, risk, and supporting artifacts
- Develop, manage, and conduct analysis of project schedules / Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) to include project activities, durations, relationships, milestones, risks, resources usage, and projected budgets to allow Critical Path Management (CPM) analysis
Requirements:
- A minimum of eight years of experience with project / program / portfolio management, within large-scale transformation programs, involving business process, organization, technology components; U.S. Federal government consulting experience
- Minimum 5 years of federal healthcare industry experience; specifically with Dept. of Health and Human Services
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related discipline from an accredited college/university; MBA or an advanced degree from an accredited college/university is preferred
