“Sprezzatura seeks a Solutions Architect to join our expanding team… This role primarily focuses on digital solutions, architectural concepts, gap analysis, and process improvement to support new clients through bid and proposal efforts.”
Responsibilities:
- Work with customer senior leadership in development of overall data vision, road-map and implementation strategy
- Work with the customer to solve business problems leveraging available technology including hardware, software, databases, and peripherals.
- Present alternative solutions to customer in solving a specific business problem or enabling customer value.
- Engage customers in discovery calls to understand their business and technical needs.
- Collaborate with project teams to engineer appropriate and viable solutions.
- Manage stakeholder’s expectations that will require excellent communication, facilitation and negotiation skills.
- Present engineered solutions with a focus on articulating how each aspect of the solution directly relates to solving the clients technical or business needs.
- Thoroughly document all engineered solutions, including application to customer technical requirements, and customer expectations to help ensure successful implementation.
- Maintain deep technical and business knowledge of relevant web application stacks, security, cloud computing, industry direction, and trends.
- Author white papers, solution papers, and proposals
- Transform complex, strategic business requirements into Enterprise IT technical architecture solutions that span across diverse integrated platforms and by leveraging industry leading framework design patterns and new and emerging technologies
- Strategic analysis, and assessment of business/technical requirements and communications skills appropriate for all levels within the organization and cross-functional teams
Requirements:
- A bachelor’s degree is required.
- 5 years of experience is required.
- The individual must have a proven track record of consulting and transforming teams and programs using Agile (Scrum or SAFe)
- Digital solutions expertise
- Human centered design and design thinking
- Health IT expertise
- Cloud-based computing experience including cloud architecture
- Solid working knowledge of AWS and MS Azure tools and applications
- Experience at the Department of Veterans Affairs
- Experience with Healthcare claims and encounter processing (X12, FHIR standard, etc); technical depth and breadth in case management and EDI transaction topologies
- Familiarity with Database development, data schemas, data architecture, Cerner EHR, emergent Red Hat PaaS / SaaS, Informatica, BPM platforms, Enterprise Service Buses and SOA development toolsets
