The CMS ADELE BPA, awarded in 2016 to provide a commercial, streamlined process to support CMS Quality Related Initiatives with the need for agile delivery services, including IT management and governance, business process analysis, human-centered design, agile solution architecture and design, agile application development and configuration, analytics, integration, and DevOps has been a successful vehicle which showcased a number of small “non-traditional” IT contractors.
