Responsibilities:
- Work independently to partner with business leaders and teams to scope, define and coordinate initiatives in support of business innovation and strategy.
- Serves as an internal consultant to department leaders on the development and refinement of strategic plans.
- Plays a key role in driving major corporate strategy and innovation initiatives as well as short and long range planning processed enterprise wide.
- Develops and communicates corporate level strategies and innovation opportunities to executives that may include new business opportunities and competitive positioning.
- Leads market analyses initiatives targeted to drive growth.
- Develops and refines performance measures and internal/external benchmarks to develop an information framework that supports desired business outcomes.
- Develops complex financial and investment models and participates in preparing ROI analysis for Team members and senior management while demonstrating thought leadership, innovative tendencies, and an ability to execute on strategy.
Requirements:
- Requires BA/BS in related field; Master’s Degree preferred. 3-5 years of experience in management consulting, change management, large scale project management and/or process improvement leadership, or any equivalent combination of education and experience background.
- Ability to travel may be required.
- Federal Healthcare experience preferred.
- Written, oral and presentation skills necessary to successfully influence senior executives.
