This position may be filled at either the Principal or Senior Principal level based on candidate qualifications.
Responsibilities:
- Add values to teams in the design and implementation for advanced system solutions
- Collaborates with capture and customer proposal collateral and client support
- Determines systems specifications, input/output processes, and working parameters for hardware/software and/or cloud compatibilities
- Coordinates with information security personnel for compliance with security requirements
- Works with customer, users, and other contractors to understand requirements and architect solutions
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in an IT or engineering discipline with a minimum of 5 (9 for Senior role) years of technical experience -OR- Master’s degree in an IT or engineering discipline with a minimum of 3 (7 for Senior role) years of technical experience -OR- PhD in an IT or engineering discipline with a minimum of 1 (5 for Senior role) years of technical experience
- Experience designing / architecting / transforming enterprise level systems
- Experience writing proposals for federal customers
- Must be able to travel as needed (up to 25% of the time)
Preferred Qualifications – Both Levels:
- Experience working with federal health and/or civil customers
- Reference Architecture guidelines and governance processes, playbook development
- Experience delivering systems in both Agile and Waterfall environments
- Experience working in a CMMI Level 3 or higher delivery environment
- Proven track record in advancement of new and modern technology solutions and program execution
- Ability to leverage key company investments against emerging business development opportunities
