Responsibilities:
- Provide project oversight; manage tasks and projects across the team, including subject matter experts in pharmacy, data analytics, revenue cycle, and other domains
- Organize and direct work, coordinate efforts, and direct personnel to achieve objectives
- Lead the development of complex analyses to address legislative requirements or priority initiatives
- Provide advisory, assistance, and project management support in support of strategic transformation projects and policy development efforts
- Provide support in developing slide decks / presentations and Memorandums to/from DoD Senior Leaders
- Collaborate with stakeholders to track progress on MHS initiatives to meet legislative and Departmental requirements
- Develop weekly and monthly reports/deliverables to show progress, as well as document lessons learned
- Take notes during client meetings and manage due outs; follow-up with stakeholders, as needed
- Schedule and lead client meetings
- Serve as main point of contact for sending client various project deliverables
- Manage the engagement onboarding and offboarding process
- Provide guidance and oversight to engagement team
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Management, Healthcare Administration, Business Analysis, Statistics, or related field. Master’s degree in Business (MBA), Healthcare Administration, Information Technology, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 6-8 years of experience in project management / management consulting
- The candidate should have experience working in Federal Healthcare space, and preferably the Defense Health Agency, the Services, and/or Health Affairs.
- The ideal candidate will have management consulting experience and have a PMP certification.
- Ability to organize and direct work, coordinate efforts with other functions, and direct personnel to achieve objectives
- Ability to handle demanding situations with clarity, focus and professionalism, and respond quickly to quick turnaround taskers
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to approach data analysis in a methodical and logical manner; experience in reviewing numbers, trends, and data and come to new conclusions based on the findings
