DHS ICE Health Service Corps taps former CMS, FDA lead to drive Records and Information Management

Kelly Leong, armed with over 15 years of experience primarily within Federal Health administration, has taken on a new challenge as lead for Records and Information Management at the Department of Homeland Security Immigration and Customs Enforcement Health Service Corps.

Kelly most recently worked within the DHS health information administration and specializes in health IT, privacy, records management and managing government contracts.

Prior roles include:

  • Deputy Registered Health Information Administrator – Department of Homeland Security
  • Communication specialist – Food & Drug Administration
  • IT Specialist/IT Project Manager – Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services, Office of Information Services
