Douglas Kelly, armed with 20 years of professional experience from both the public and private sectors, has taken on a new challenge as Vice President, Federal Health and Civilian Sales at NTT DATA.
Douglas brings experience to include Sales & Growth Lead for a Civilian Health sector; as the P&L leader for a CMS business, which ranged from 500 – 800 FTEs; establishing a footprint at CMS that included approximately 60 FTEs; and delivering a range of analytics services to federal healthcare clients (e.g., SSA, CMS) successfully developing and executing account strategies, leading major proposal efforts and building a thriving analytics business.
