Novetta recruits recent Defense Health AFOMIS Director of Operations & JOMIS PMO lead

Troy Dillon, a seasoned Military Health and IT leader who has served in a series of progressively responsible roles across the Military Health System, to include having created and led the new Air Force Operational Medicine Information Systems (AFOMIS) 31-member global support team, and serving as an Assistant Program Manager for the Joint Operational Medicine Information Systems (JOMIS) Program Management Office, has taken on a new challenge with Novetta.

Prior roles include:

  • Deputy Chief, Capability Integration Division – U.S. Air Force Medical Readiness Agency – United States Air Force
  • Director of Operations AFOMIS & Assistant Program Manager JOMIS PMO – Program Executive Office, Defense Healthcare Management Systems (PEO DHMS)
  • Hospital CIO – US Air Force
