Newscast: VA Begins Process of Reviewing and Modernizing Health Care Facilities

“The Department of Veterans Affairs is starting the long process of reviewing, realigning and modernizing its health care facilities. VA published new criteria that will eventually guide those reviews. It will submit finalized criteria to the presidentially-appointed members of the Asset and Infrastructure Review Commission next year. The commission will then offer up its own recommendations for realigning and modernizing VA facilities and submit them to the president for his approval. The whole process is part of the 2018 MISSION Act.” Listen to the newscast here.
