“The Customer Relationship Manager is a key member of the Growth Team and contributes directly to our goal of cultivating new customer relationships. They are responsible for building trusted relationships, qualifying opportunities, and furthering opportunity development at maximum efficiency. Working closely with both the Growth Team and Business Units, they support growth priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment and serve as a liaison between the Growth Team, Business Units, and leadership to ensure the seamless execution of our overall Growth goals…”

  • Meets with target customers to build relationships and elevate the Ad Hoc brand and mission, while also becoming fully aware of customer mission
  • Works to thoroughly understand customer requirements and how Ad Hoc corporate capabilities and experience aligns
  • Supports the development of solutions by being the “voice of the customer” to make sure the underlying intent of each requirement is addressed
  • Performs analysis and research of individual leads to qualify opportunities for further pursuit actions
  • Identifies and maintains partner relationships with companies that compliment our capabilities and/or increase our chances of delivering comprehensive solutions to the customer…”

“What You’ll Bring

  • Experience in federal contracting in the areas of program / project delivery or management, business development, or capture management
  • A proven track record of working on successful capture efforts with a preferred focus on Federal Civilian Agencies
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and remote environment, with both internal and external stakeholder…”
