Responsibilities:
Quantexa is looking for highly motivated professionals to help grow our US Government sales activities. As the US Government Healthcare Sales Director, you will be responsible for executing the sales go to market strategy, identifying new opportunities, building the pipeline, winning new deals and meeting company targets.
Typical responsibilities include:
Identifying leads, maturing opportunities, and closing deals. You will be responsible for selling both directly to government prospects and through partners.
Reporting to the Vice President of Government – North America, you will work with the Government Solutions team, presales team and other stakeholders to develop a territory plan, further product development and; consistently deliver against sales targets; contributing to the overall growth of the business.
This role is based in the Washington, DC metro area. The primary focus will be the Federal Health IT market, Systems Integrators, and other relevant organizations. This position may grow to serve the State Medicaid Market as well. Some travel will be required. Experience selling to Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS), Center for Program Integrity (CPI) or Veterans Health Administration (VHA) is highly desirable.
Requirements:
- A good understanding of Government agencies issues and ability to ‘solutionize’ with customer
- A good understanding of Government agencies operational and buying processes
- Expertise working and solution selling within Government in at the Federal level
- Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams in a complex sales pursuit
