Responsibilities:
INADEV is seeking a Senior Program Manager (Sr. PM) to support the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) Center for Medicare and Medicaid Innovation (CMMI) Innovation Support Platform (ISP) initiative. The CMMI establishes models for testing an intervention in the Medicare or Medicaid programs for a defined set of beneficiaries, providers, conditions, treatments, and/or populations over a prescribed period of performance. The Sr. PM will provide program governance and coordination services to CMMI for the maintenance of existing models, the delivery of new models, and the development and maintenance of Information Technology (IT) solutions.
In this key role the Sr. PM will:
- Transition planning: manage and schedule team activities for moving all application development, maintenance, DevSecOps, and CMS Target Lifecycle responsibilities over to Inadev control.
- Support existing CMMI models relying on ISP and creating solutions for new models.
- Coordinate the removal of CMMI from managing Cloud Service Provider (CSP) services to OIT-managed Cloud services.
- Establish ISP integrations to enterprise claims data and other sources.
- Support the design, development, and documentation of CMMI shared services and standards.
- Ensure all work complies with the statement of objectives.
- Be the primary interface with the CMMI Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR) and Contracting Officer (CO).
- Attend status meetings and ad hoc meetings with stakeholders as required and accompanied by other key personnel when necessary.
- Collaborate with CMMI stakeholders, CMMI support contractors, and third-party vendors throughout system integration, performance, security, Section 508 compliance, system acceptance, user acceptance, usability, and test and evaluation reporting.
Requirements:
- A minimum of fifteen (15) years of experience in project and program management including:
- A minimum of ten (10) years of experience managing IT projects and programs.
- Advanced knowledge of agile-based software development and DevSecOps methodologies.
- A minimum of five (5) years of years of experience supporting CMS projects.
- A comprehensive understanding of Medicare or Medicaid beneficiary programs and concepts for reducing costs and improving beneficiary outcomes desired.
