Responsibilities:
- Collaborates with Constellation West’s Business Development leadership, Program Management Office (PMO), technical team, to provide support throughout the capture process. Review and provide insights for task order proposals.
- Educates and trains Constellation West staff to ensure they can effectively communicate to current Constellation West customers and potential new customers on the scope, value, and benefits of the CIO-SP4 GWAC.
- Promotes the CIO-SP contract to the Federal Government through participation in trade shows, conferences, and other meetings where the Federal Government has a significant presence.
- Ensures Constellation West markets the CIO-SP contract by coordinating within Constellation West to promote CIO-SP through advertising, utilization of the CIO-SP logo and dissemination of CIO-SP marketing materials.
- Works with Constellation West prime and subcontractor contract staff to support compliance with CIO-SP labor schedules and all CIO-SP terms and conditions. Ensures Constellation West is meeting contractual reporting requirements for both the CIO-SP master contract and Constellation West CIO-SP task orders.
- Works with and supports Constellation West task order project directors on all projects awarded under CIO-SP4 mechanism.
- Attends CIO-SP Industry meetings, Program Management Review meetings conferences and training. Participate in organizations to further enhance knowledge of Government processes, furthering Constellation West’s ability to maintain a competitive position in the CIO-SP marketplace.
Requirements:
- At least 12 years Information Technology Program Management experience working with the Federal Government Contracting Community, or working as a commercial corporation Senior Program Manager, Contracting Officer (CO), or as Contracting Officer Representative (COR) within a government agency, institute or department.
- Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
- Strong leadership, diplomatic and motivational skills including the ability to lead up, across and down multiple business and technology organizations.
- 5 years’ Program Management Officer (PMO) experience
- Minimum of five (5) years supporting Information Technology in Business Development, Capture Management or Contract Administration
