Liberty IT Solutions Seeking Senior Product Manager to support Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS)

“Responsibilities:

  • Discover new opportunities to explain customer difficulties and grow the business
  • Track team progress including velocity, release planning, and documentation in JIRA/Confluence
  • Conduct iteration planning, manage dependencies, and lead all Scrum ceremonies using SAFe
  • Lead the collaboration with product teams to define & develop interoperability specifications
  • Participate in product discussions with the product owner, users, infrastructure and feature development teams to understand and define acceptance criteria and estimate user stories…”

“Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in a business or technical discipline; PMP Certification
  • Required Years of Experience: 10 years, or 5 years of additional relevant experience may be substituted for education
  • Prior experience as a Software Product Manager or Product Owner working for the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS)
  • Experience in an Agile/Scrum organization
  • Well versed in agile software development techniques, conference room pilots, prototyping
  • Experience in Federal contracting and Health IT…”
