Quality Insights is currently searching for a seasoned Senior Business Development Executive to help build and lead our Business Development and Marketing function. The successful candidate will leverage existing relationships with key federal government agencies (i.e. HHS, VHA, DHA) to produce an increased pipeline of opportunities to successfully capture and win contracts. The Senior Business Development Executive will represent Quality Insights in cultivating relationships to attract business opportunities to the organization and foster strategic partnerships.
Successful candidates will have:
- A proven track record of winning business in the federal healthcare market
- Strong relationships with key agencies and organizations in the healthcare field
- Demonstrated experience conceiving, building and leading a successful business development program within federal contracting healthcare organizations
- The ability to effectively articulate and represent Quality Insights strategy, products, and differentiators to external stakeholders and potential customers/key business partners
Education/Training Required:
Master’s degree in business, marketing, finance, or closely related field. MBA preferred. Will consider experience substitution for the Master’s degree if able to show additional demonstrated industry experience.
Experience Required:
Experience with government contracts and existing relationships with key federal agencies is a must (i.e. CMS, VHA, and DHA). A minimum of fifteen (15) years’ experience in the federal healthcare market winning at least $20M+ contracts. At least five (5) years’ experience building and leading successful business development efforts within an organization.
