DHA inks $21M ServiceNow and Dell co-delivery task

The Defense Health Agency has awarded a 3-year task to provide annual ServiceNow customer service management professional support and Dell co-delivery ServiceNow ITSM/CSM implementation services. Woman owned Sterling Computers beat out two other bidders to be awarded the task, competed using NASA SEWP V.
