Recent DHA Global IT Service Center and IT Help Desk SME joins industry

Looking to leverage the perspective Thomas Carter can bring having spent the better part of a decade with Defense Health Agency and more than a decade supporting the Department of Health and Human Services’ Indian Health Service, USfalcon, a mid-tier professional services company supporting a diverse and global customer base of DoD and Federal Agencies recently recruited this IT leader.

Thomas brings recent experience as an Advisor to DHA where he led the strategic reorganization of the agency’s Global IT Service Center, and prior experience leading the DHA’s IT Help Desk and Call Center, leading planning and development efforts to connect worldwide networks of the U.S. Military Health System, Department of Veterans Affairs, and strategic partners in the private healthcare industry.

Prior roles include:

  • Senior Executive/IT Director/Program Manager/IT Manager – Defense Health Agency
  • IT Director/Operations Manager/Project Manager – Defense Health Agency
  • Senior Network Administrator/Project Manager – Commissioned Corps of the U.S. Public Health Service
