“This position is located in the Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS), Food and Drug Administration (FDA), Office of Operations (OO), Office of Information Management Technology (OIMT), Division of Application Services (DAS).”
Responsibilities:
- Leads a large Branch and manages/directs complex information technology activities required to design, develop, test, operate, maintain and manage agency branch systems and initiatives.
- Designs, conducts or leads studies and analyzes the needs for information modernization and resources.
- Participates fully with the Director to develop, maintain and facilitate the implementation of sound integrated information technology application architecture using cloud services and on premise services.
- Provides contract oversight, program/project Management, strategic policy planning and budget management.
- Represents the Division at meetings and conferences concerned with information technology; develops and conducts seminars.
