The purpose of this solicitation is to provide a variety of data analytics services across the Administration for Children and Families (ACF). This may include such activities as improving the efficiency and/or effectiveness of existing data processes; data collection; improving the dissemination of data; assisting with assessment, evaluation, and integration of new data analysis technology trends; and/or direct data analysis within specific areas.
Through this solicitation, ACF expects to improve its internal operations and/or the delivery of human services. First, ACF seeks to expand data usage across ACF to inform better decision making. Additionally, ACF seeks to advance its capabilities to provide services through the use of advanced analytics.
