NIH to award contract for Content management system to manage the creation and modification of digital content on the Clinical Center’s internet and intranet sites

The National Institutes of Health (NIH), Clinical Center (CC), Office of Purchasing and Contracts (OPC) on behalf of the Office of Communications and Media Relations (OCMR), Clinical Center (CC) at the National Institutes of Health (NIH) intends to negotiate and award a contract without providing for full and open competition (Including brand-name) to:

Percussion Software, Inc.

The Contractor shall support in all aspects of the development and management of the Clinical Center’s internal and external websites. The Contractor shall have extensive experience in website design, organization, usability and management best-practice.

The following experience is preferred:

  • Health care, research and Federal Government settings.
  • Specifically, the work to be performed in this contract shall fall into these areas:
  • The contract management system shall provide the following:
  • Web-based publishing
  • Secure access to the hospital’s serves and website
