This requirement is to provide professional, administrative, management, and general management consulting services to support the RCP. Services include Transition of Care Interagency Support System (currently implementing the Department of Defense –Case Management System (DOD-CMS)); Caregiver Support; Education and Employment Initiative (E2I); Operation Warfighter (OWF) Internships; National Resource Directory (NRD); Military Adaptive Sports Program (MASP); and Warrior Games coaching support.
