“This position is located in the Department of Health & Human Services (HHS), Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), Office of Communications, (OC) Call Center Operations Group, Division of Call Center Systems.”
Responsibilities:
“As a Supervisory IT Specialist, GS-2210-15, you will be supervising the overall responsibilities of the technology system that supports Medicare. You will support contact center operations that provide services to Medicare beneficiaries and consumers.”
- Review work performance of subordinates.
- Identify and implement tools, processes, and procedures that align to CMS technology framework.
- Direct activities necessary to plan and coordinate call center systems activities.
- Provide strategic vision and direction for both long and short-term planning to achieve technology enhancements and innovation.
- Work collaboratively with other organizations with OC and maintains external relationships.
