WSJ: Department of Veterans Affairs Supply Chain Interrupted by Pandemic

“The Department of Veterans Affairs doesn’t have optimal amounts of protective gear for hospital workers treating coronavirus patients as it competes for supplies amid a nationwide shortage, the department’s top official said Friday.”
