Justin Roberts will bring the perspective he has gained in support of VA OBPI, to his new role as Acting Director for Modernization and Process Improvement within the Office of Business Process Integration.
Justin brings more than a decade of experience in support of Veterans Affairs including leading a team focused on enhancing VBA’s future business architecture and serving as a member of a project team that coordinated and implemented National Transformation initiatives that aligned with VBA’s strategic plan, increased operational efficiency, improved productivity, and expanded stakeholder access to benefits and services.
