Given the insight these two senior digital consulting leaders can bring from their time with the United States Digital Service, which included leading a team at Veterans Affairs to untangle, simplify and successfully deliver an improved user experience for Veterans in Vets.gov, and working to directly improve the Veteran appeals process, we suspect this newly launched consultancy will garner plenty of interest for potential partners and supporters.
