Barry Brinker, a senior manager with over 27 years of progressive leadership, project and program planning, relationship management, strategy and program management experience, has taken on a new challenge as a Program Manager leading department wide complex projects/programs in the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Customs and Border Protection (CBP) Office of Field Operations (OFO). Barry’s experience includes perspective gained supporting the delivery of logistics policy and inspection services across VA and being responsible for the delivery of VA acquisition business systems that support Enterprise Program Management implementation.
