“The Northrop Grumman Defense Systems Sector Information Solutions and Services Division (ISS) is seeking a proven Business Development professional to serve in the role of Account Manager (AM) / client executive to cover civil agencies with a focus on the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) and Center for Medicare and Medicaid (CMS). The AM will be responsible for performing all activities essential for the identification, qualification and capture of new business opportunities. S/he will be responsible for developing strategies to build a pipeline, qualifying opportunities, manage all aspects of account/territory growth and drive customer relationships across all levels of the account. The successful candidate should have a thorough understanding of the HHS and CMS organizations, have direct relationships across the agency and have strong working knowledge of their budgets, priorities and areas of investment in relation to ISS capabilities & technologies. The AM will work closely with customers to identify and shape near-term and long-term requirements and should have a proven track record of successfully closing business within HHS and CMS.”
