This is notice is for Request for Proposals (RFP) 140D0420R0017 for Head Start Training and Technical Assistance Network posted by the U.S. Department of the Interior (DOI), Interior Business Center (IBC), Acquisition Services Directorate (AQD)-Herndon on behalf of the Office of Head Start (OHS) under the Administration for Children and Families (ACF) within the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS).
“This requirement is for TTA Network services associated with the deployment of the Head Start grant program. It is the Government’s intent to award twelve (12) contracts, each are covering a distinct US geographical area, using full and open contracting procedures.”
C.3.1.1 Subtask 1 – Regional Training and Technical Assistance Coordinator
The Regional Training and Technical Assistance (TTA) Coordinator shall:
- Support the Regional Office (RO) in developing short, intermediate, and long-term TTA planning that addresses OHS priorities and initiatives. The monthly TTA Training and Activity Report is due no later than the 10th calendar day of each month or as coordinated between COR and Contractor.
- Manage and coordinate regional TTA services to ensure high quality, responsive, and coordinated TTA services and contract deliverables, as well as timely communication and resolution of quality concerns and issues.
