Responsibilities:
- Conducting background research on interview targets
- Developing and executing strategies for generating engagements with people of interest
- Building and transmitting knowledge about agency policies, as well as building relationships with relevant public affairs offices
- Call prospective Federal Government survey candidates for in-person and/or telephone surveys using Voice over IP (VoIP) technology/dialing systems and other telecommunications technology
- Schedule meetings for survey candidates across various Government Agencies at various levels of the Federal Government
- Updating interaction logs in SalesForce (SF)
- Assist other team member with research and engagement directives, capture management and proposal development, and other tasks as needed
- Manage metrics and reporting on call progress
- Follow up with interview targets via email and phone
- Conduct IT surveys, quality control (QC), quality assurance (QM), or independent verification and validation (IV&V) surveys and/or create reports from these surveys as needed
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in IT research, business development and/or research roles
- Previous experience, interest or internships in government IT, research, or technology
- Desire to learn new skills and progress within a rapidly growing company
